¶He put forth his hand, and laid hold of it, and it became a rod in his hand.
Ex 4:4Ex 4:4καὶ εἶπεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν ἔκτεινον τὴν χεῖρα καὶ ἐπιλαβοῦ τῆς κέρκου ἐκτείνας οὖν τὴν χεῖρα ἐπελάβετο τῆς κέρκου καὶ ἐγένετο ῥάβδος ἐν τῇ χειρὶ αὐτοῦEx 4:4¶Yahweh said to Moses, “Put forth your hand, and take it by the tail.”¶He put forth his hand, and laid hold of it, and it became a rod in his hand.and The Lord said to Moses "Extend the hand and take hold of the tail"
Consequently, upon extending the hand, he took hold of the tail and it became a hooked staff in his hand.

¶Moses took his wife and his sons, and set them on a donkey, and he returned to the land of Egypt. Moses took God’s rod in his hand.
