2Ps 68:12ἀναστήτω ὁ θεός καὶ διασκορπισθήτωσαν οἱ ἐχθροὶ αὐτοῦ καὶ φυγέτωσαν οἱ μισοῦντες αὐτὸν ἀπὸ προσώπου αὐτοῦPs 68:1
Let God arise!
Let his enemies be scattered!
Let them who hate him also flee before him.

Let God arise!
Let his enemies be scattered!

3Ps 68:23ὡς ἐκλείπει καπνός ἐκλιπέτωσαν ὡς τήκεται κηρὸς ἀπὸ προσώπου πυρός οὕτως ἀπόλοιντο οἱ ἁμαρτωλοὶ ἀπὸ προσώπου τοῦ θεοῦPs 68:2
As smoke is driven away,
so drive them away.
As wax melts before the fire,
so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.

But let the righteous be glad.
Let them rejoice before God.

Extol him who rides on the clouds:
to Yah, his name!

God sets the lonely in families.
He brings out the prisoners with singing,

Ps 68:17Ps 68:17לָ֤מָּה ׀ תְּֽרַצְּדוּן֮ הָרִ֪ים גַּבְנֻ֫נִּ֥ים הָהָ֗ר חָמַ֣ד אֱלֹהִ֣ים לְשִׁבְתּ֑וֹ אַף־יְ֝הוָ֗ה יִשְׁכֹּ֥ן לָנֶֽצַח׃Ps 68:16

Ps 68:19Ps 68:19עָ֘לִ֤יתָ לַמָּר֨וֹם ׀ שָׁ֘בִ֤יתָ שֶּׁ֗בִי לָקַ֣חְתָּ מַ֭תָּנוֹת בָּאָדָ֑ם וְאַ֥ף ס֝וֹרְרִ֗ים לִשְׁכֹּ֤ן ׀ יָ֬הּ אֱלֹהִֽים׃Ps 68:18
You have ascended on high.

Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burdens,
even the God who is our salvation.

Ps 68:23Ps 68:23אָמַ֣ר אֲ֭דֹנָי מִבָּשָׁ֣ן אָשִׁ֑יב אָ֝שִׁ֗יב מִֽמְּצֻל֥וֹת יָֽם׃Ps 68:22
The Lord said, “I will bring you again from Bashan,
I will bring you again from the depths of the sea;
24Ps 68:2324ὅπως ἂν βαφῇ ὁ πούς σου ἐν αἵματι ἡ γλῶσσα τῶν κυνῶν σου ἐξ ἐχθρῶν παρ’ αὐτοῦPs 68:23
That you may crush them, dipping your foot in blood,
that the tongues of your dogs may have their portion from your enemies.”

That you may crush them, dipping your foot in blood,
that the tongues of your dogs may have their portion from your enemies.”
25Ps 68:2425ἐθεωρήθησαν αἱ πορεῖαί σου ὁ θεός αἱ πορεῖαι τοῦ θεοῦ μου τοῦ βασιλέως τοῦ ἐν τῷ ἁγίῳPs 68:24

even the processions of my God, my King, into the sanctuary.
Ps 68:25Ps 68:25רָא֣וּ הֲלִיכוֹתֶ֣יךָ אֱלֹהִ֑ים הֲלִ֘יכ֤וֹת אֵלִ֖י מַלְכִּ֣י בַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃Ps 68:24
They have seen your processions, God,
even the processions of my God, my King, into the sanctuary.
26Ps 68:2526προέφθασαν ἄρχοντες ἐχόμενοι ψαλλόντων ἐν μέσῳ νεανίδων τυμπανιστριῶνPs 68:25
The singers went before, the minstrels followed after,
in the midst of the ladies playing with tambourines,
Ps 68:26Ps 68:26קִדְּמ֣וּ שָׁ֭רִים אַחַ֣ר נֹגְנִ֑ים בְּת֥וֹךְ עֲ֝לָמ֗וֹת תּוֹפֵפֽוֹת׃Ps 68:25
The singers went before, the minstrels followed after,
in the midst of the ladies playing with tambourines,
27Ps 68:2627ἐν ἐκκλησίαις εὐλογεῖτε τὸν θεόν τὸν κύριον ἐκ πηγῶν ΙσραηλPs 68:26
“Bless God in the congregations,
even the Lord in the assembly of Israel!”

28Ps 68:2728ἐκεῖ Βενιαμιν νεώτερος ἐν ἐκστάσει ἄρχοντες Ιουδα ἡγεμόνες αὐτῶν ἄρχοντες Ζαβουλων ἄρχοντες ΝεφθαλιPs 68:27
There is little Benjamin, their ruler,
the princes of Judah, their council,
the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.

There is little Benjamin, their ruler,
the princes of Judah, their council,
the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.
29Ps 68:2829ἔντειλαι ὁ θεός τῇ δυνάμει σου δυνάμωσον ὁ θεός τοῦτο ὃ κατειργάσω ἡμῖνPs 68:28
Your God has commanded your strength.
Strengthen, God, that which you have done for us.
Ps 68:29Ps 68:29צִוָּ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ עֻ֫זֶּ֥ךָ עוּזָּ֥ה אֱלֹהִ֑ים ז֝֗וּ פָּעַ֥לְתָּ לָּֽנוּ׃Ps 68:28
Your God has commanded your strength.
Strengthen, God, that which you have done for us.
30Ps 68:2930ἀπὸ τοῦ ναοῦ σου ἐπὶ Ιερουσαλημ σοὶ οἴσουσιν βασιλεῖς δῶραPs 68:29
Because of your temple at Jerusalem,
kings shall bring presents to you.
Ps 68:30Ps 68:30מֵֽ֭הֵיכָלֶךָ עַל־יְרוּשָׁלִָ֑ם לְךָ֤ יוֹבִ֖ילוּ מְלָכִ֣ים שָֽׁי׃Ps 68:29
Because of your temple at Jerusalem,
kings shall bring presents to you.
31Ps 68:3031ἐπιτίμησον τοῖς θηρίοις τοῦ καλάμου ἡ συναγωγὴ τῶν ταύρων ἐν ταῖς δαμάλεσιν τῶν λαῶν τοῦ μὴ ἀποκλεισθῆναι τοὺς δεδοκιμασμένους τῷ ἀργυρίῳ διασκόρπισον ἔθνη τὰ τοὺς πολέμους θέλονταPs 68:30
Rebuke the wild animal of the reeds,
the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the peoples.
Being humbled, may it bring bars of silver.
Scatter the nations that delight in war.
Ps 68:31Ps 68:31גְּעַ֨ר חַיַּ֪ת קָנֶ֡ה עֲדַ֤ת אַבִּירִ֨ים ׀ בְּעֶגְלֵ֬י עַמִּ֗ים מִתְרַפֵּ֥ס בְּרַצֵּי־כָ֑סֶף בִּזַּ֥ר עַ֝מִּ֗ים קְרָב֥וֹת יֶחְפָּֽצוּ׃Ps 68:30
Rebuke the wild animal of the reeds,
the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the peoples.
Being humbled, may it bring bars of silver.
Scatter the nations that delight in war.
32Ps 68:3132ἥξουσιν πρέσβεις ἐξ Αἰγύπτου Αἰθιοπία προφθάσει χεῖρα αὐτῆς τῷ θεῷPs 68:31
Princes shall come out of Egypt.

Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth!

34Ps 68:3334ψάλατε τῷ θεῷ τῷ ἐπιβεβηκότι ἐπὶ τὸν οὐρανὸν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ κατὰ ἀνατολάς ἰδοὺ δώσει ἐν τῇ φωνῇ αὐτοῦ φωνὴν δυνάμεωςPs 68:33
To him who rides on the heaven of heavens, which are of old;
behold, he utters his voice, a mighty voice.
Ps 68:34Ps 68:34לָ֭רֹכֵב בִּשְׁמֵ֣י שְׁמֵי־קֶ֑דֶם הֵ֥ן יִתֵּ֥ן בְּ֝קוֹלוֹ ק֣וֹל עֹֽז׃Ps 68:33
To him who rides on the heaven of heavens, which are of old;

35Ps 68:3435δότε δόξαν τῷ θεῷ ἐπὶ τὸν Ισραηλ ἡ μεγαλοπρέπεια αὐτοῦ καὶ ἡ δύναμις αὐτοῦ ἐν ταῖς νεφέλαιςPs 68:34
Ascribe strength to God!
His excellency is over Israel,
his strength is in the skies.
Ps 68:35Ps 68:35תְּנ֥וּ עֹ֗ז לֵֽאלֹ֫הִ֥ים עַֽל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֥ל גַּאֲוָת֑וֹ וְ֝עֻזּ֗וֹ בַּשְּׁחָקִֽים׃Ps 68:34
Ascribe strength to God!
His excellency is over Israel,
his strength is in the skies.
36Ps 68:3536θαυμαστὸς ὁ θεὸς ἐν τοῖς ἁγίοις αὐτοῦ ὁ θεὸς Ισραηλ αὐτὸς δώσει δύναμιν καὶ κραταίωσιν τῷ λαῷ αὐτοῦ εὐλογητὸς ὁ θεόςPs 68:35
You are awesome, God, in your sanctuaries.
The God of Israel gives strength and power to his people.
